The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-350 SD. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V455000 (Fuel System, Gasoline); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while driving from a complete stop or making a turn, the vehicle hesitated while accelerating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and it was determined that the transmission needed to be replaced; however, the contact associated the failure with the recall. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.

The vehicle is a 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty equipped with the 7.3L Godzilla gas engine. This vehicle has experienced recurring, catastrophic internal engine component failures involving the lifters and camshaft, resulting in severe powertrain malfunctions while operating under load. The original factory engine began demonstrating progressive valvetrain symptoms and mechanical ticking at approximately 36,000 miles, which ultimately resulted in a complete engine failure and replacement under warranty at 50,000 miles. A factory replacement engine block was subsequently installed under the Ford Service Parts Warranty. At approximately 75,000 total vehicle miles, the replacement engine began demonstrating the exact same symptoms and lifter failure characteristics. The dealership has officially diagnosed this second engine failure under the manufacturer's Technical Service Bulletin (TSB). While actively hauling a trailer at highway speeds, the vehicle developed severe engine misfires and a pronounced mechanical ticking noise from the valvetrain, creating an immediate and alarming concern of imminent mechanical failure. The vehicle's onboard diagnostics generated critical powertrain malfunction alerts, which were broadcast in real-time via the FordPass application. This recurring failure represents a severe safety hazard. A high-risk valvetrain failure that threatens an immediate breakdown while a heavy-duty truck is actively trailering commercial or heavy loads creates an extreme danger of a high-speed highway collision or roadside emergency. I have had on average 2 headlight bulbs burn out per year since 2022. It gets fairly hard to see at night when you have 2 out of the 4 burn out at once.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-350 SD. The contact stated that while driving 45 MPH, the vehicle lost automotive power. Upon further investigation, the contact became aware that there was water accumulated in the battery junction box. The vehicle was towed to a local dealer to be diagnosed, and the failure was confirmed as water accumulation in the battery junction box. An appointment for the repair was scheduled with the local dealer. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000.

I have contacted my dealer several times over the past year, and filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company's, Office of General Counsel. To date, NO response from Ford. The dealer relies on Ford for the fix. This is an alarming issue, in that the failure will be mostly unexpected and perhaps catastrophic. I find it unusual and negligent for Ford to take this long for the remedy. My dealer tells me no parts are available. I drive sometimes out of state. I may get stranded and still no one can fix the issue. Ford needs "jacking up" to get this done. Fourteen months have lapsed and its way overdue.

I find it absolutely absurd that the fuel pump recall is still not resolved! When are you going to hold Ford accountable for this egregious delay? This has been over a year now. Everyday I drive my truck and tow my travel trailer wondering if at anytime it may just die on me on the highway.

The contact stated that while in reverse(R) on several occasions, the rear-view camera was black. The contact stated that on one occasion while his wife was driving the vehicle and shifted into reverse(R), the camera went black, and the vehicle reversed into a cement pole. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the vehicle was not diagnosed; however, the contact was informed that the part to repair the vehicle was not yet available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,500.

fuse box is allowing moisture in causing horn to not stop and truck to remain running. Ford has updates in their manual that this is a problem but no recall issued.

I have been waiting over a year for this low pressure fuel pump recall and it has stopped me from driving long distance to visit my daughter where part of the trip is hoursbthrew the Nevada high desert with extreme heat and NO CELL SERVICE. I AM FED UP AND NEED YHISNISDUE REDOVLED NOW OR A NEW DARN TRUCK. PLEASE ADVISE
