I was driving to work on 10/5/2026. Because I am in a wheelchair, my vehicle is adapted with the Scott’s Driving System. Traffic started to slow down and I pulled back on the adapted steering wheel, which is the braking mechanism, but the steering wheel would not move. It felt locked. I had to drive off to the side of the road to avoid hitting the car in front of me. Unfortunately, I hit a mailbox, trash can and ultimately a tree before my car came to a stop. Not only did the brakes fail, but the safety restraints also did not work properly and I landed on the floor. I fractured my foot, sprained both ankles, and received multiple bruises and a large abrasion from the seatbelt. My car is totaled.

My backup camera is not working properly, when I put it in reverse the display shows random colors, sometimes it will come up but the screen looks like it's shaking then goes to a various color and don't work. This has been going on for about 3 years now

Driving on I4 to Orlando noticed steering wheel sticking at 11 & 1 o'clock and steering wheel not returning to the straight position. No engine or any other lights illuminated. At dealership for two weeks waiting for back ordered steering rack.

While backing up, my backup camera screen changed to a solid color of bright pink, causing difficulty in safely proceeding. Since then, the backup camera will randomly display a colored screen (different colors each time) or display a picture of when the van was remote started. Camera functions very rarely as it is supposed to. I know a relative"s Pacifica has a recall for this but not my Voyager and they both had the same issue. It's dangerous backing up after becoming accustomed to using the camera. Even when it rarely works, I'm afraid it'll glitch while I'm moving so it's still not safe. Has occurred over the past few months.

I was driving in the highway and my steering became so stiff that I could barely turn the wheel.It wasn’t just stiff, It was almost impossible to make a turn unless I use all my strength and turn the wheel with both of my hands. . It made me pull over the car and get it towed to the dealership. This was very dangerous because I couldn’t react to oncoming traffic or make regular turns on the street safely. There is no way people should be driving these cars if the power steering can go down with no warning. I could’ve hit somebody and caused a major accident on the highway. This needs to be recalled.

When we go to turn a certain way the wheel sticks while In drive, mechanic says it could be steering tie rods or rack and pinions

The steering wheel sticks when exiting a turn, this can be reproduced on every turn. There is a risk of overcompensating steering if you do not anticipate the steering wheel sticking. There is also a vague spot in the steering when driving in a straight line, the vehicle will drift to one side and when you correct it will drift to the other side. Wheel alignment was checked and tires are in good condition. The dealer inspected the vehicle and confirmed the steering problem, the steering components were replaced by the dealer and this corrected the steering problem. The were no warning lights, no messages and no sounds emanating from the steering. The vehicle was not in any accidents - to our knowledge.

I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Voyager in August 2024 from Apple Autos in Shakopee MN. When we purchased the car, there has always been a rough idle and were assured that this was due to the automatic start/engine. Around July 2025, I began experiencing engine issues that have persisted for over two months. Initial issues were a significant rough idle and car dying. We brought the car in and repaired both batteries and replaced all the spark plugs. The issues have persisted. Symptoms include overheating, coolant loss, and misfires on cylinder 3. Diagnostics suggest a head gasket failure. This issue poses a safety risk, especially if the engine fails while driving. I’ve attempted repairs, but the problem remains unresolved. I’m concerned this may be a premature failure affecting other vehicles of the same model and engine type. There is no official recall for head gasket failure on the 2021 Chrysler Voyager, but there are numerous owner reports and forum discussions suggesting that early engine failure and head gasket issues are a concern—especially for vehicles that were former rentals or have the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine, which is shared with the Chrysler Pacifica. Several Voyager owners have reported head gasket failures around 50,000–70,000 miles. These issues often appear shortly after warranty expiration, leading to costly repairs. I am requesting that NHTSA investigate this issue and consider whether a recall or manufacturer intervention is warranted.

After going through rapid acceleration, van will experience electrical issue which does not allow for acceleration and triggers auto stop to fail. The electrical issue prevents the van from accelerating while in motion on a highway. This issue has persisted every year, despite replacing both the main and auxiliary batteries. Both batteries have failed within a year and recently after a week of being replaced.

My rear camera is not working properly. This started around [XXX]. Also apparently my auto stop is no longer working this is the second time this has happened to me last year end of 8/24 - 9/24 I had it fixed at a dodge dealer in New Jersey and now it has happened again. I don’t understand how in less then a year I’m dealing with the same problem I really think I was sold a lemon.
