THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SUBARU SUPERSTORE OF CHANDLER (1050 S GILBERT RD, CHANDLER, AZ 85286, (480) 222-6000) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT AN OIL STUDY COULD BE PERFORMED, BUT NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
