THE MECHANISM BOLT THAT RAISED THE ROOF HAD BEEN STRIPPED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROMISED A CALL BACK; HOWEVER, THEY HAD NOT CALLED BACK. THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMED THAT THEY WERE BUSY WITH MANY CALL BACK ISSUES. CAMPING WORLD OF MESQUITE (2764 I-30, MESQUITE, TX 75150, (469) 917-0364) ADVISED THE CONTACT TO CALL THE JAYCO MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY.
