Defect description
Hyundai Motor America (Genesis) is recalling certain Genesis 2022-2026 GV70, 2023-2025 G90, 2021-2025 G80, and GV80 vehicles. Fuel may leak at the pipe connection between the fuel pipe and fuel rail.
Safety consequence
A fuel leak increases the risk of a fire.
Free manufacturer remedy
Dealers will inspect and tighten, or replace the fuel pipe as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 8, 2026. Owners may contact Genesis customer service at 844-340-9741. Genesis' number for this recall is 033G. Defect description
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6, 2023-2026 Genesis G90, 2024-2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, and Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid vehicles. The driver and passenger seat belt anchors may detach.
Safety consequence
A detached seat belt anchor will not adequately restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Free manufacturer remedy
Dealers will inspect and reinforce or replace the seat belt anchors, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 5, 2026. Defect description
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Genesis G90 vehicles. The Highway Drive Assist (HDA) corner radar may falsely detect another vehicle, which can result in sudden, unintended braking while driving.
Safety consequence
Sudden, unintended braking increases the risk of a crash.
Free manufacturer remedy
Owners are advised not to use the Highway Drive Assist feature until the remedy has been performed. Dealers will replace the front bumper beam, free of charge. Defect description
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain Genesis 2023-2025 G90 and GV60 vehicles. Due to a software error, the instrument panel display may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, "Controls and Displays."
Safety consequence
An instrument panel display that fails to show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increases the risk of a crash.
Free manufacturer remedy
The instrument panel display software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 22, 2025. Owners may contact Genesis customer service at 844-340-9741. Hyundai's number for this recall is 027G.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Genesis GV70, GV80, G80, and G90 vehicles. The fuel pump may fail, which can result in a loss of drive power.

Defect description
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2023 Genesis G90 vehicles. In the event of a crash, the front driver-side, passenger-side, and rear seat belt pretensioners may explode upon deployment.
Safety consequence
An exploding seat belt pretensioner can project metal fragments into the vehicle, strike vehicle occupants, and result in injury.
Free manufacturer remedy
Dealers will secure the seat belt pretensioners with a cap, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2023. Owners may contact Hyundai customer service at 1-855-371-9460. Hyundai's number for this recall is 013G.
