Additionally, while the contact's husband was driving, the driver’s side rear brake seized, and there was smoke coming from the brakes. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the passenger’s side brakes were defective, and the brake calipers were replaced.
