THE BRAKE LINE PASSES MUCH TOO CLOSE TO THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER, WHICH VAPORIZES THE BRAKE FLUID AND CREATES A GAS POCKET IN THE LINE. THIS RENDERS THE BRAKES UNUSABLE. DRAINING THE LINE REQUIRES REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL (A HUGE JOB ON A DUCATI) AND CALIPER. THE PROBLEM RETURNS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. THEY HAVE SERVICED IT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT EACH TIME IT IMMEDIATELY FAILS AGAIN. IT IS VERY UNSAFE.
