Defect description
Delco Trailers LLC (Delco) is recalling all 2019-2024 Bumper Horse trailers. These trailers were manufactured without a secondary latch on the inside gate, which can result in an unlatched gate that can swing open.
Safety consequence
A gate that does not latch or swings open increases the risk of injury or crash.
Free manufacturer remedy
Dealers will install a secondary latch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 19, 2024. Owners may contact Delco's customer service at 1-903-739-9400.
