Defect description

The Pilotcar EV INC (Pilotcar) is recalling certain 2021-2023 PC-2, PC-4, and PC-6 low speed electric vehicles. The pedestrian warning sound system was not installed. Safety consequence

A vehicle that does not make warning sounds cannot alert pedestrians to the approaching vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
