THE TRAILER COLLAPSED ONTO THE GROUND. WANA RV IN SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA WAS NOTIFIED, BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE THE SOURCE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
