I have made 3 trips to my Lexus Dealer, Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, SC. The last visit my truck was evaluated by a Field Technical Specialist, Mr Matt Hennessey. Matt stated this is the way they come to the Dealership. His solution was for me not to drive in Econ or Comfort or sell the vehicle.
